I'm Felicia.

I’m a multidisciplinary designer with nearly two decades of experience leading identity systems, campaigns, and environments from strategy through execution. My work helps brands move from intention to reality with care, consistency, and long-term usefulness in mind.

Having worked across in-house retail, branding, and creative operations, I understand how creative decisions impact teams, timelines, and businesses. I design with the full system in view, aligning stakeholders, processes, and outcomes so work can scale without losing clarity.

I take ownership of direction as well as delivery, guiding work from concept through launch and refinement. The result is design that feels intentional, adaptable, and built to support both how people experience it and its performance.
